CSHB 76(FIN) am with the following amendment and it is transmitted

     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 76(FIN)                                                    
     "An Act relating to the Big Game Commercial Services Board and                                 
     to the regulation of big game hunting services and transportation
